Baby Sloane.... and some Tornado Allie

Had a chance to take some decent photos of Sloane. Lighting was nice, had a large window, with slightly overcast skies. Oh and my bounce card created some awesome lighting. Couldn't live without it. And as luck would have it, Allie actually stopped for a few seconds and I was able to get some shots of her. I couldn't believe how much she is in constant motion. She really is a ball of energy. So I am glad I got some shots of her and her giant eyes.

This shoot with the Oliver family was fun, yet challenging due to the quick moving sun. I shot around late afternoon / early evening, and I thought I had plenty of time, but the sun was absolutley booking it to the horizion. Serioulsy, the light seemed to be constantly changing in a matter of minutes. It was like a dance with the sun. But I think that is what made it so much fun, it's like this duel with mother nature and her light, and its a total rush to wrangle it just right.

The Goforth Family

Had a nice photoshoot with the Goforth family. It was nice that I didn't have to make a complete fool of myself to get them to look at the camera. So all went well despite it being deceptively cold that day.
