Okay, not a shoot from forever ago, but still back a bit.  This one turned out pretty cool, had a lot of apple trees, nut trees and grape vines, which was ideal keeping the curious and energetic minds busy and active.  Shot some photos, cracked nuts, ate apples, collected leaves.  Despite planning none of this, it turned out to be a rather quintessential fall afternoon experience.  Thanks guys!

Adventures in Winter Time Photography

We went up the canyon to try some winter photography.  A lot of unique challenges when it comes to photos in the snow, so it's a rush to push yourself.  With this particular shoot, we were dealing with a lot of flat lighting in the shade, as the sun was already setting over the ridge.  But I am amazed at what a difference proper processing can do.  Next time we need to bring some sleds, maybe get some fun action shots.
